CynthiaPRYTHERCHMoira, Philip and their families would like express their thanks and gratitude to Dr Coxon of the Park Medical practice, and the practice nurses for their care of Cynthia. Thank you also to all the staff of the Macmillan Unit in the Derby Royal Hospital and to Maxine for their unending support. Thanks are also due to Mrs Elspeth Farrell for her unselfish help and care. We are also grateful to Rev'd Lisa Shemilt for her support both before and during Cynthia's illness and funeral. We need also to say a huge thank you to all friends and neighbours who gave us unstinting help during and following Cynthia's passing, for your letters and cards of condolence and also for your donations at the service. Finally thanks are also given to the staff at Gillotts Funeral Directors in Heanor for their help and consideration at Cynthia's funeral.
